1. How are the gifts packaged? 

Our gift boxes are packaged in lightweight biodegradable cardboard with ribbons, free gift wrapping, and a free gift card. Each product is individually wrapped and numbered, allowing recipients to open all at once or daily.

2. When do you send the order? 

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. While most orders are sent out the same day, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch.

3. Returns / Refunds

4. Will the gift recipient see a receipt or the price of the gift? 

No, we do not include receipts or invoices with the gift. If you need a GST receipt, please contact us.

5. Can I track my order? 

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

6. Can I pick up my order? 

Yes, you can choose the click and-collect option at checkout.

7. What if I am not satisfied with my gifting experience? 

We stand behind our products. If you're unhappy with the quality or if there's a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, email us and we'll make it right.

8. Can I customise the contents? 

Yes, use our Build Your Own option to choose the size and contents of the gift, and add a personalised message.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Where do I enter my discount code?
